Le restaurant
Our local cuisine should keep you warm and on form for your ramblings the next day.
You will also, of course, sample our regional wines.
The fireplace... and the 'ambiance'
The ambiance starts with the snow; magnificent full days spent skiing!
Then the mulled wine of Mr Dusse around the crackling fire or the pool table followed by massage, storvatt or sauna and rounded up with communal dinner with a traditional digestif of Genepi.
The bedroom and the view
Our hotel has thirteen rooms, single, double, triple, most of them with a balcony. Since 2007, three bedrooms have acquired their own showers in addition to a communal individual shower and for gay sportspeople a new communal shower (three showers in the same room).
The terrasse
You will enjoy a huge terrasse that is sunny most of the day, for lunch or tea-time...or whenever you want to rest. Comfortably sat in our designed "Fatboys" beach chairs, you will be able to admire the magnificent Aiguilles d'Arves.
The Storvatt(Hot Tub)
In a Storvatt full of water at 37 degrees, surrounded by snow, the mind starts to Daydream. In water at body temperature, weight disappears, your muscles relax and your whole body melts down. In hot water, your mind frees itself. Is it the heat? The subtle scent of cedar? The floating feeling? Or the relaxation of the muscles?
Whatever it is, stress, anxieties, tensions and pains disappear and are replaced with contentment and euphoria.
