Relaxation

The Storvatt and the sauna:

We operate the storvatt and sauna on demand with a minimum of 3 persons at a cost of 6 euros per person.

Massages :

Aurelia, the local masseuse, proposes an interesting array of treatments: she comes to you for your relaxation!

Relaxing:
Gentle and enveloping massage which provides deep relaxation, freeing your body from tension

Sports massage:
Deep and energetic massage, ideal after an arduous day. This massage contributes to physical and muscular revitalization and enables a total relaxation

Hawaiian massage “Lomi-Lomi”:
This is a revitalising and rhythmic massage, both graceful and powerful which uses elbows, palms and forearms. This massage also relaxes.

Reflexology:
This is the stimulation through reflexes of the nerve endings of vital organs situated at the bottom of one’s feet. This treatment enables the revitalisation of each organ and the relaxation the whole of one’s metabolism.

Facial Shiatsu:
This treatment involves finger tip pressure on the face and head in accordance with a specific pattern which rebalances the energy of the body by generating a relaxation and an increase in the elasticity of the skin.
